Lean FUND is a privately held seed and early stage investment fund managed by experienced entrepreneurs. On top of our first round investment, we provide coaching from our integrated Lean REACTOR.

Our vision is to spark a chain reaction of European innovation and fuel entrepreneurship from our base camp in Belgium.

• Henri Fischgrund
  Fund manager
  Henri has founded and managed 65 companies over the last 30 years. He has done business on nearly every continent. Recently he created and developed the AxisParc, which is the home to the Lean FUND and it’s reactor.

  Fund manager
  Executive with technical background, Benoit has founded, managed and sold several companies (still running) in the field of digital marketing and technology. He now focus on disruption and value creation, helping startups and established companies to unlock the potential of the digital (r)evolution!

  Fund manager
  Entrepreneur with broad experience in all aspects of setting up and managing ventures in Europe. Hands-on experience with e-business, consulting, big data and ICT projects (Klusveiling.nl, data.be, casius.be, Virtualization.com to name a few).

  Fund manager
  Executive with strong financial background primarily in capital markets and M&A, Jean assists European SME’s for financial management and financing strategies. He is also adjunct professor of finance at IESEG (Lille University).

• Alain Kirchenstein

  With a Business background, graduated from Solvay school / (ULB), Alain has started his career as an account manager within 2 big multinationals. He then developed his own family company, active in different areas such as computers, real estate and furniture.
